- Cara has worked for over 15 years as a Health, Healing and Wellness Therpaist as a sole trader, and previously Cara has also worked for CentreParcs Aqua Sana Spa and Retreat Centre providing Holistic sessions and as the head Holistic Practitioner at Fitness First Holistic Spa Center, Chesterfield.

- Youth & Community (Cara is a Part time Qualified Youth Worker) and has worked at community centres, outreach projects, specialist community projects and also as an 'Activity Leader' for Junior and Senior children's projects, schools and Special Needs Schools (SEN).
