ELEMENTAL TAI CHI is magical and easy to learn form of 'Super Qigong'. The 800 year old lineage form is uniquely powerful, a super-qigong by the inventor Chang San Feng from Wudang Mountain.
This cosmological and medical form is said to:

The form allows you to mingle your energy with light of the universe, sun, moon and stars. Elemental Tai-Chi is also called Wuji which translates as the 'still centre within the storm' and also 'infinite, limitless, boundless', such as the primordial universe.
Unlike Tai Chi, movements are relaxed and come from deep within yourself, moving out into the universe then gathering and bringing up universal energy in to your centre. It is based on a form of non-combat Tai Chi.

By learning Qigong you will learn a wonderful exercise system which you can use at home, and even a few minutes of practise a day can have a rejuvenating and invigorating effect.
'Qigong is easy to learn and enjoyable to do'
Qigong exercise helps and benefits all systems of the body and: improves circulation, increases synovial fluid to joints, bones and muscles (helping overall suppleness and mobility), helps release toxins from the body buy stimulating the Lymphatic system, helps balance the hormonal and endocrine (glandular) system and regular practice has a deep strengthening effect for the whole body. Qigong can also help ease a large variety of chronic and acute illnesses and injuries and also enhances balance and improves the awareness of how the body moves through space which helps balance, coordination and improves movement (proprioception).
This gentle exercise also promotes the movement of 'Qi' (energy) around the body, this energy then circulates more freely around the energy channels of the body helping to create harmony withing the meridians (energy channels), when you practice relaxation and deep breathing this allows the Qi to flow to where it is needed to heal.
